How many people can the meeting room accommodate?
The Santa Cruz Conference Room best accommodates meetings up to ten people.
Is the meeting room accessible to a person with a physical disability?
The Santa Cruz Conference Room is located on the second floor via twenty-one stairs. There is no elevator available.
What times of day is the room available?
The Santa Cruz Conference Room is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Extensions up to 10 pm and weekend reservations may be accommodated for half-day and full-day meetings.
What if I need more time than I signed up for?
If you have reached the end of your scheduled time but would like to extend your meeting, you may do so if the room has not been previously scheduled. Payment for the additional time will be required before beginning the extension. Please see the Rates & Reservations page for pricing of same-day extensions.
What if I need less time than I signed up for?
If you have completed the meeting before the end of your scheduled time, take a moment to congratulate yourself. Relax, breathe, meditate, and feel good that you can get a jump start on the rest of your day. However, a credit will not be issued for the remaining time.
Can I eat and drink in the conference room?
Filtered water and hot tea is provided during your meeting. You may bring other beverages if they are in enclosed containers. Food is only permitted in the conference room as part of the Day Packages.
Can I smoke or drink alcohol in the conference room?
Sorry, no.
Is an internet connection available?
A secure, wireless, high-bandwidth DSL internet connection is available to conference room attendees. A password for your session will be made available to you upon arrival.
How is payment made?
After making your reservation request, you will receive an email with a link to PayPal's secure site to finalize payment. This transaction has no additional fees and a PayPal account is not required. Forms of payment accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, or PayPal funds. Payment must be received within 36 hours of reservation request to guarantee your time slot.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Changes and cancellations to your existing reservation will be accepted up to 36 hours before your scheduled meeting time. To change or cancel a reservation, go to the Rates & Reservations page, then select the "Change or Cancel Reservation" link and complete the form. You will be sent a confirmation email within 12 hours that you can use to validate your cancellation should any questions arise.
What is the refund policy?
All refunds are issued as a credit toward future use. Charges to your credit card will not be reversed.
