Rates & Reservations
The Santa Cruz Conference Room is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Extensions up to 10 pm and weekend reservations may be accomodated for half-day and full-day meetings.
Standard Rate
- By the hour:
• Booked in advance — $30/hr.
• Same-day extension (if room available) — $35/hr.
Block Rates
- Half day (four hours booked in advance) — $110
- Full day (eight hours booked in advance) — $200
Day Packages
(Available with full day reservation only)
- Local bakery fresh muffins & Odwalla™ juice — add $10 plus $8.50 per person
- Local bakery fresh sandwiches & Odwalla™ smoothies — add $10 plus $10.50 per person
- Large bottle of Martinelli™ sparkling apple juice & selection of fine chocolates — add $20
Nonprofit Discount
- A 10% discount off hourly rates is available to nonprofit organizations. Proof of nonprofit 501c status required at time of reservation. Discount does not apply to Full Day Meeting Packages.
